XCR
A gas piston driven rifle from Robinson Armament, the same company who first imported the Vepr rifles and designed the M96. The XCR was available mostly in 5.56x45mm/.223 but a 7.62x39mm was also marketed. It has to rely on AR mags in 7.62x39mm instead of AK mags.
Although a promising design, the XCR never gained as much of a popular following due to the very poor customer service of Robinson Armament.
